How do I pay?
We can accept payment via Paypal, Laybuy, Clearpay, Debit or Credit card
Click and Collect from Store
If you are local to our shop at 13 Bethcar Street, Ebbw Vale NP236HH why not pop along to collect your order , simply choose the collect from store option when you place your order and you will receive an email when your order is ready to collect
How long is delivery?
Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday -Friday are dispatched same day providing stock is available.
Orders placed after that time will be dispatched the following working day.
How much is postage?
Postage is £3.65 on orders under £40 in the UK Postage is free over £40
Payment Plan
Here at Arlos Organics we realise that you might want to spread the cost of your shopping , so we offer a payment plan, at the checkout enter the code nearlymine you will then pay a non refundable 20% of the shopping total, after that we will send you an email with the information for payment of the balance , our payment plan enables you to spread the cost over 30, 60 or 90 days ( pop the required time in the comments box when you order )
Terms and conditions You will have a 14 day cooling off period if you change your mind where the 20% deposit can be refunded in full, after the 14th day the deposit is non refundable under any circumstances, goods will be posted once the full balance is paid
Do you deliver Overseas
Due to Covid19 and further restrictions we are currently unable to offer this service, Due to restrictions put into place by Maxomorra and Meyadey we will not be able to ship these items to the USA via mail forwarders, please do not attempt to purchase using this method all addresses will be checked and refunded if you are in the USA
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with you purchase and need to return your items, we will accept items back on the following terms:
They are unworn/unwashed and in a saleable condition within 14 working days of delivery. You will receive a full refund, but please note you are responsible for return delivery charges.
Exceptions: Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged, Mystery Boxes from our promotions are also non returnable. Please note due to covid 19 all returns will be processed after the parcel has been quarantined for 72hrs
